Friendly and professional, gave me an excellent price for my gold chain after I checked several other places. Highly recommend

Excellent rate and great service (counter service). Provided their rates stay competitive would definitely choose again in the future.

Slight hiccup with speed of payment going through meant gift purchase didn't arrive on time. Admittedly I left it late and tight for service but was told it would arrive... read more on time. Once everything sorted very helpful staff and speed of delivery from then was excellent. So yes I would recommend J.Blundell & sons.

Have been a customer with J Blundels & Sons for a while now I have found them to kind friendly and very professional. When I made an error my end... read more they where quick in helping me sort it. I highly recommend them to anyone who are looking into scrapping there Gold or silver.

This was my first venture into the gold selling market as I realised I had a pretty substantial item of gold by way of a gold cigarette case. I contacted... read more a few places in Hatton Garden and those that want you to post stuff in a bag. The lady who answered the phone at this organisation seemed very professional and reassuring ( I guess they do this all day long ) I visited the next day, my item was checked, several grams were reduced because of some non-pressure metal hinges and clasp, I trusted the lady that she was correct and what and the gram weight she suggested and valued. I was given an extremely fair price per gram compared to what I had looked at online at other places. I decided not to look around further and accepted the offer. The money was transferred into my bank account by 3:30 on the same day. Of course as a lay person just leaving my item in the shop and hoping I would get paid was a slight risk but I could have walked away with cash, this company was extremely professional, the money has turned up and I am grateful for their service.

90 mile journey to get there and what a surprise, polite, sympathetic and very friendly we would highly recommend.

1st time hooked, I'll be back

Very helpful, great customer service. Fast payment and some of the best rates on the market. Highly recommend
