Orders are dispatched, once cleared funds have been received, in discrete, secure, plain and unmarked padded bags. There is no indication anywhere on the packaging of the contents or value.
Insurance
You are fully protected against loss and damage. All goods are dispatched complete with full insurance cover through our insurance policy. Should your order not arrive or become damaged in transit our insurance will cover all costs of replacing any lost or damaged goods.
High value purchases are delivered using armoured vehicles, in select locations:

- Liverpool
- Leeds
- Sheffield
- Birmingham
- Leicester
Multiple Occupancy Addresses
J Blundell & Sons Ltd accepts no responsibility for the loss of goods delivered to multiple occupancy addresses such as flats and residential complex buildings where someone other than the stated addressee signs for and accepts receipt of goods. Customers must ensure that parcel delivery arrangements are in place to accept and receive goods at the nominated delivery address.
Collect Goods in Person
Customers are welcome to collect goods in person if they have opted for collection at the checkout page. Upon receipt of cleared payment you will be notified by email that your order is ready for collection. Orders marked for collection, where payment has been made for the goods in full, cannot be cancelled.
