Brief insight into your collectible
Released in 2018 to commemorate the Centenary of the Armistice, the “Remembrance Gold Gallantry” Prestige Sovereign Set stands as a powerful tribute to those who served during the First World War. The collection includes a Quarter Sovereign, Half Sovereign, and Full Sovereign, each featuring a unique “Remembrance Gold” finish created by layering the traditional 22-carat gold with ruthenium — a rare metal from the platinum family. This innovative process darkens the surface of each coin while highlighting the central design
motifs, creating a more solemn and respectful commemoration of the occasion.
