The 1981 Full Sovereign is a classic British gold coin minted in celebration of the country’s enduring heritage. Struck in 22-carat gold, it features Benedetto Pistrucci’s iconic St. George and the Dragon design on the reverse and Arnold Machin’s portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse, used between 1968 and 1984.
