This was my first venture into the gold selling market as I realised I had a pretty substantial item of gold by way of a gold cigarette case. I contacted... read more a few places in Hatton Garden and those that want you to post stuff in a bag. The lady who answered the phone at this organisation seemed very professional and reassuring ( I guess they do this all day long ) I visited the next day, my item was checked, several grams were reduced because of some non-pressure metal hinges and clasp, I trusted the lady that she was correct and what and the gram weight she suggested and valued. I was given an extremely fair price per gram compared to what I had looked at online at other places. I decided not to look around further and accepted the offer. The money was transferred into my bank account by 3:30 on the same day. Of course as a lay person just leaving my item in the shop and hoping I would get paid was a slight risk but I could have walked away with cash, this company was extremely professional, the money has turned up and I am grateful for their service.

Slight hiccup with speed of payment going through meant gift purchase didn't arrive on time. Admittedly I left it late and tight for service but was told it would arrive... read more on time. Once everything sorted very helpful staff and speed of delivery from then was excellent. So yes I would recommend J.Blundell & sons.

Excellent service both on the phone & the delivery arrangements. I would recommend.

Outstanding service. I placed an order online around 9 pm. First thing next morning I received a call from Blundell's to discuss an issue with the order and how it might... read more be remedied. By lunchtime the matter had been resolved to my complete satisfaction. The order was dispatched and received in the first post on the following day. I shan't hesitate to use Blundell & Sons again and would recommend them without reservation. If only all transactions were as seamless and straightforward. Thank you!
