This limited-edition 2008 Proof gold 7-coin set contains the last issue of the Emblems of Britain coins.

In 2008, the Royal Mint changed the design of the UK currency, from the Emblems of Britain which was used for 40 years, to the new style of the Royal Shield of Arms.

This 22-carat gold coin set is presented in a very attractive oak-veneer presentation case, along with some booklets to explain the history of the coins.
