This was my first venture into the gold selling market as I realised I had a pretty substantial item of gold by way of a gold cigarette case. I contacted... read more a few places in Hatton Garden and those that want you to post stuff in a bag. The lady who answered the phone at this organisation seemed very professional and reassuring ( I guess they do this all day long ) I visited the next day, my item was checked, several grams were reduced because of some non-pressure metal hinges and clasp, I trusted the lady that she was correct and what and the gram weight she suggested and valued. I was given an extremely fair price per gram compared to what I had looked at online at other places. I decided not to look around further and accepted the offer. The money was transferred into my bank account by 3:30 on the same day. Of course as a lay person just leaving my item in the shop and hoping I would get paid was a slight risk but I could have walked away with cash, this company was extremely professional, the money has turned up and I am grateful for their service.

Cant praise this company enough, very quick to sort orders and friendly. The only place I ll use now. Not like others I've contacted in past!
