The design on the reverse of the 2025 gold Britannia 1/10oz coin features the classic image of Lady Britannia, with the updated security features that makes the Britannia one of the most secure coins in the world. The obverse of the coin features the official effigy of King Charles III by Martin Jennings.

The 2025 one tenth (1/10) ounce Britannia gold coin is made of 24-carat gold (999.9 fineness). The new 2025 Britannia ranges boasts four new special security features, including a trident hologram which changes to a padlock when the coin is tilted. Other features include new detailing to Britannia’s shield, a second inner circle of Latin text, and a micro-detail wave effect in the coin’s background. This gold bullion coin has a face value of £10.00. Due to their status as British Legal tender they are Capital Gains Tax Free (CGT Exempt). This coin contains one-tenth troy ounce (3.13 grams) of fine gold. This coin is 99.99% (24 carat) gold.
